Do you authorise NLDOOSH to take photographs, videos and sound recordings of your child/ren to be used for the following purposes:
1. i. To share their experiences with members of the NLDOOSH community via our New Lambton District OOSH website, newsletters, visual displays, email communications, social media, digital apps etc;
2. ii. For use in reporting to parents/guardians;
3. iii. In the development of NLDOOSH staff training materials and internal communications;
