It takes a lot of planning to run a high quality before and after school care service. One of the tools we use to ensure we are consistently delivering the best experiences for our children and staff is our QIP (Quality Improvement Plan).

Our QIP documents our strengths, analyses our performance and details opportunities to take our service to the next level. The QIP is reviewed and updated annually by our Centre Coordinator, signed off by our Management Committee then submitted to the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

The NLDOOSH 2019-2020 QIP has been delivered to ACECQA.
