Term 4 Week 6

As the saying goes “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!” Well at OOSH this week this we took this saying and ran with it.

After Monday night’s crazy storm we were faced with many tree limbs down throughout the playground, so we decided to use them in our activity preparations. The children each had their own story as to how the storm affected them, how scary it was and what happened in their streets. Under the ever watchful eyes of educators the children helped to collect branches and leaves to created small posies, and to add them to their box construction craft.
